Fee Schedule

Overview

Chatter AI is a software tool that enables users to automate algorithmic trading strategies on their own brokerage accounts. The following fee schedule governs all charges to end users of the Chatter AI platform.

Subscription Plans

Chatter AI is offered as a monthly subscription. Users may select the plan that fits their use case and may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

5 Bots	$30.00	Live trading on XRP, LTC, LINK, SOL, UNI
All 10 Bots	$50.00	Full live trading on BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, AVAX, LINK, LTC, UNI, SHIB. Includes Advanced Mode.

Advanced Mode (the ability to configure and customize each bot's parameters) is included at no additional cost in the All 10 Bots plan. It is not available as a standalone add-on.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis from the date of purchase
The Free Trial automatically ends 30 days after sign-up; no charge unless the user explicitly subscribes to a paid plan
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the user retains access for the remainder of the paid month
Bots are paused if the active subscription lapses

Payment Methods

Data King LLC does not store or process payment card information directly. All payments are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC, subject to their respective terms.

No Brokerage Fees

Chatter AI does not charge a brokerage fee, commission, or performance fee on trades executed through your linked approved brokerage account. Trading commissions, spreads, and other transaction costs are governed by your brokerage and are not collected by Chatter AI.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once paid. Refund requests for erroneous charges must be submitted to carl@data-king.ai within 30 days. Apple and Google in-app purchase refunds are governed by their respective platform policies.

No Hidden Fees

There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or inactivity fees. Users may disconnect their brokerage account or delete their Chatter AI account at any time at no cost.

Fee Changes

Data King LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice to users via in-app notification and email. Existing paid subscriptions retain their current price for the remainder of the active billing period.
